Flexzo is seeking a proactive IT Manager to lead our internal technology operations. You will architect and maintain a scalable AI-driven infrastructure, oversee security and automation, and ensure teams have access to modern tools and secure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-7 years of IT management or similar leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in AI-native workflows to improve operational speed and quality.
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in AI implementation engineering or software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment.
• Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard AI workflows and client data.
