Ajaia is seeking an IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our AI-first operations in the United States. This role leads internal infrastructure design, security, and automation to sustain peak efficiency while integrating AI into daily workflows across monitoring, auditing, and support.

You will drive cloud strategy, ensure robust security, and automate key business processes to support a growing, remote-friendly team across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT management, systems administration or technical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-native workflows daily.
• Deep familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development and deployment.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to protect proprietary AI workflows and client data.
• Automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms to reduce manual tasks.
• Use AI tools daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and QA support.
• Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align with company milestones.
