• Minimum 3-7 years of IT management or similar leadership experience.

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role

Flexzo is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our internal technology operations. This leadership role is designed for an individual with a strategic mindset and technical excellence, capable of architecting and maintaining an innovative internal infrastructure that aligns with our AI-driven business model. The successful candidate will oversee the deployment, security, and optimization of our IT systems, ensuring that our team has access to the latest tools, secure environments, and automated workflows necessary for peak performance. As an integral part of our team, you will champion AI integration into daily workflows, utilizing AI tools for infrastructure monitoring, security audits, automation scripting, and technical support to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in utilizing AI-native workflows to improve operational speed and quality as part of daily routines.
• Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with experience in automation tools and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance standards.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, especially in dynamic, cross-functional startup environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in AI implementation engineering or software development to better support technical teams.

• AI Native Workflows: Integrate AI tools into daily operations for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and quality assurance support.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company objectives and milestones.
• Asset Management: Oversee procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software assets for a global remote workforce, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
