Job summary
Concero seeks a Sr. IT Business Analyst to lead requirements engineering across complex Agile programs. You will partner with Product Owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions in iterative cycles.
The role emphasizes AI-augmented workflows, mentoring analysts, and data-driven backlog prioritization. You will drive adoption of Agile analysis practices, define program vision, roadmaps, and OKRs while ensuring maximum business value through effective stakeholder
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years directly as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery.
- IIBA AAC, PMI-PBA, SAFe PO/PM- certification or equivalent Agile cert.
Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility assessments for complex requests using AI-assisted research and data analytics.
- Conduct gap analysis between systems and evolving requirements to inform backlog and sprint planning.
- Refine epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria with Product Owners and teams.
- Author and maintain Agile artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
