Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management, technology strategy, or investor enablement.
• Typically 2+ years of experience working with investment professionals.
• Strong understanding of AI, prompting best practices, and practical applications in investment management.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AI adoption across Investments: stay current on AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Design and deliver structured training through office hours and coaching tailored to investment workflows.
• Help investment professionals become productive quickly with practical guidance and hands-on support across AI platforms.
• Partner with London and APAC to provide follow-the-sun support and promote globally consistent best practices.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests with Global Desktop Support and platform teams, leading AI workflow implementations.
