Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an Investment AI Solutions Analyst to architect and deploy agentic AI that augments research, portfolio construction, and risk analysis. You will partner with fundamental and quantitative investors to translate complex problems into AI workflows and deliver measurable alpha.

Work with AI engineers, technologists, and analysts to advance an autonomous, self-improving investment platform while ensuring compliance and robust guardrails across global deployments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Expert-level programming in R or Python for agentic AI systems.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap for AI-native investment intelligence projects.
• Architect agentic AI systems integrating LLMs and quantitative models.
• Deploy agents that retrieve knowledge and generate research outputs.
• Implement guardrails, compliance checks, and observability.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, data science, and tech teams.
• Translate investment problems into AI workflows to generate alpha.
