Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Inventory Operations Data Analytics into a single org with a shared roadmap.
• Build a unified data strategy for pipelines, architecture and trusted data.
• Direct a 10–15 person team including data analytics and data engineering.
• Balance leadership with execution; hire, develop and retain talent.
• Manage weekly/monthly inventory data reviews to drive action.
• Identify root causes and implement scalable fixes; push toward self-serve data products.
• Represent data capability in cross-functional forums with Merchandising and Tech.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment and clear accountability.
