Job summary

You will partner with Purchasing, Operations and Production to align strategies and improve forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years' inventory planning or materials management experience.
• Current staff management of four employees.
• Advanced Excel including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and AI-enabled reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and demand.
• Analyze data to identify trends, shortages, and opportunities for optimization.
• Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Develop Excel-based dashboards and analytical models.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Production to align strategies.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Monitor cycle counts and annual inventories for accuracy.
• Generate inventory performance metrics and management reports.
• Support ERP data integrity and item master maintenance.
