Job summary

TTI Group in Anderson, SC seeks an IT AI Manager for Supply Chain to lead AI initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, and fulfillment. You will own the AI roadmap, partner with supply chain leadership, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, forecasting analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, inventory, and service levels.

The role requires strong SQL, analytics, and collaboration skills, with a focus on scalable, secure AI solutions compliant with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data analytics, business analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting supply chain planning, demand/supply forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, logistics, or related ops.
• Experience building AI tools/solutions that impact direct supply chain functions (demand planning, supply planning, customer fulfillment).
• Familiarity with SQL and AI reporting, dashboards, data models, or BI concepts; willingness to learn.
• Experience with AI tools, analytics, reporting, automation, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and execute AI opportunities that align with functional goals and value.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the supply chain AI roadmap, including milestones and dependencies.
• Design, prototype, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions such as AI agents, chatbots, and forecasting tools.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and document use cases/criteria.
• Communicate status, risks, requirements, and impact to technical and non-technical audiences.
