Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Two years of related experience is required; two or more years preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed by business conditions.
• Sound understanding of inventory and material control processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership as defined by Plexus Corp.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high level of inventory accuracy for the site and ensure schedules are met.
• Maintain acceptable warehouse metrics in assigned areas.
• Lead identification and propagation of best practices across regions.
• Supervise the team and deliver effective day-to-day operations.
• Develop staff through performance assessments and training.
• Advance succession planning and coaching to realize potential.
