Podium, a leader in AI-powered solutions for local businesses, seeks a Product Manager for the Internal Tools Team to define and build systems that empower GTM teams. Your work drives sales performance, retention, and efficiency at scale.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes of internal products, collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal to ensure impactful adoption and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with SaaS or communication tools.
• High agency and ownership, end-to-end problem solving.
• Enthusiasm for AI with understanding of autonomous agents.
• Experience in fast-paced technical environments with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch and growth.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, AI, and marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executives.
• Experience leading new products from scratch with bias to action.
• Passion for driving customer engagement for local businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation.
• Apply AI and automation within internal workflows to reduce manual work.
• Lead end-to-end development of new internal products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with CS, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal for rollout.
• Engage internal users to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Use product and performance data to inform decisions and growth.
• Communicate with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
