Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal, external, or corporate communications, media/journalism, product marketing, or another writing-intensive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and brevity.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on communications initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, with human oversight.
• Resilience and ability to adapt to organizational change and a distributed workforce.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize multiple workstreams and balance speed with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own complex communications plans from strategy to execution and analysis.
• Advise leaders on mission, strategy, and culture.
• Support and execute team-wide and company-wide events.
• Identify opportunities and build AI-enabled tools to scale internal communications across a global remote workforce.
• Measure communications effectiveness using data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Coordinate internal issues and change management with cross-functional partners.
