GAP Solutions Inc. seeks an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and support AI-assisted development workflows.

You will work with engineers, UX, and product teams to deliver valuable digital capabilities in an agile setting. You will validate AI-generated outputs, refine requirements, and help shape product direction while applying prompt engineering concepts and Markdown/Git workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in agile teams.
• 3+ years as Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in software development.
• 2+ years with AI-assisted coding and product design tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or Figma AI.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with Given/When/Then.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and output formatting.
• Familiarity with Markdown or Git workflows in Agile delivery.
• Ability to review code syntax and basic API integrations with engineers.
• Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination is required.

Position Objective: The DMAC AMD team is seeking an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst.The team is seeking an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs into clear, structured product requirements while supporting AI‑assisted development workflows. This individual will work across technical, product, and user‑focused functions to deliver high‑value digital capabilities in a fast‑paced agile environment. This role requires someone who can understand mission objectives, refine user requirements, validate AI‑generated outputs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure features are delivered accurately and efficiently.
