Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director of Industry Marketing to own positioning and go-to-market strategy for Insurance. You will map AI-driven changes to industry value chains, build compelling narratives, and enable a cross-functional Industry POD to win strategic accounts. You will leverage Seismic and AI tools to maintain current content and messaging.

You will also drive field adoption, manage partner events, and track outcomes against BOM coverage and pipeline goals, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on Insurance at an enterprise software or technology company.
• Proven track record building message houses and solution narratives that connect platform capabilities to industry outcomes, create pipeline, and accelerate deals.
• Experience driving results through first-party and third-party industry event programs.
• You demonstrate strong executive presence and written communication.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own and publish the industry message house for the full ServiceNow platform in Insurance.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for Insurance within the Industry POD.
• Own the Marketing BOM for prioritized industry solutions and assets.
• Direct ServiceNow's presence at first-party events and manage content strategy for industry events.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to drive measurable pipeline from events and campaigns.
