Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, including 3–5+ years in telecommunications or vertical-specific marketing.
• Deep familiarity with the telecommunications industry and ability to talk to network ops leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the industry narrative for Telecom, linking platform capabilities to telco problems.
• Build buyer-specific messaging for CIOs, COOs, and VP-level buyers.
• Set the AI-first standard across the marketing team and workflows.
• Drive pipeline by aligning industry narratives with product marketing and field activities.
• Run an AI-embedded content engine spanning thought leadership, briefs, events, and digital assets.
• Stay ahead of industry dynamics using AI-powered signals and competitive intel.
• Represent ServiceNow at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums.
