Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Implementation Project Manager to oversee software implementations for Member/Customers of the CC&B product. You will train end users, validate data conversions, and provide ongoing application support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software implementations and project management.
• Ability to train end users and present software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate basic software implementation project plans.
• Present and train software application to Member/Customers end users.
• Share best practices with Members/Customers for process efficiency.
• Validate converted data accuracy and engage Members/Customers in data verification.
• Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems.
• Create and adjust software configuration per project requirements.
• Occasional after-hours support as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Travel as needed (roughly 10–20%).
