Moveworks, now part of ServiceNow, is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform for enterprise customers. You will coordinate with the customer, partners, and internal teams to drive adoption and value realization.

You’ll assemble and lead project resources, ensure governance, manage risks and changes, and mentor teams to deliver outcomes aligned with customer goals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive experience leading software implementations with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of the Moveworks platform for customers, including new product offerings.
• Manage governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, and reporting.
• Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows that drive value.
• Provide change management best practices for organizational readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, partners, and customers to understand goals and challenges.
• Align deliverables with customer goals and be the single point of contact.
• Mentor team members and partners to achieve engagement deliverables.
• Identify gaps and drive resolutions; partner with Product for customer insights.
• Coordinate transitions to post-launch engagement and support.
