Job summary

Two River is seeking a creative cell biologist to join the discovery research team in Cambridge, MA. You will design and execute primary immune cell-based assays to profile multi-specific biologics and generate high-quality data for AI-assisted discovery.

The role requires hands-on experience with T cells, PBMCs, flow cytometry and functional assays, plus collaboration with computational colleagues to translate design hypotheses into experiments.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or related field with 2+ years industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with primary human immune cells and flow cytometry.
• Experience designing and executing cell-based assays and ELN documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize cell-based assays to assess activity and potency of multi-specific biologics.
• Maintain primary human immune cell systems and relevant cell lines.
• Develop quantitative readouts: flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, imaging.
• Document experiments rigorously in ELN and share data with computational team.
• Collaborate with computational and engineering colleagues to test design hypotheses.
• Present data in team meetings and ensure safety standards.
