Job summary

Customers Bank is seeking a PXT BP Program & Insights Partner who will blend program management, judgment, and AI-driven processes to shape executive-level communications and drive the BP team’s operational backbone.

You will direct AI-assisted analytics, dashboards, and reporting, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with the CPO to ensure high-quality, confidential executive materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/PXT or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience directing AI tools to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and building process where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the operating cadence for the PXT BP team, including planning and tracking of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve BP team processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Direct AI tools to build dashboards and reporting; validate accuracy and translate outputs into leadership recommendations.
• Act as liaison between BP team and other PXT functions on shared initiatives.
• Identify AI use cases and lead implementation across the BP team.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and tone before leadership delivery.
• Own end-to-end exit interview process, including scheduling and conducting interviews.
