Symphony Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and maintain SaaS solutions for Medicare care management programs. You will champion AI-driven engineering practices, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across the SDLC.

Lead Medicare billing workflows and EHR integrations with HL7/FHIR, build scalable microservices, ensure HIPAA compliance, and apply AI tools such as Cursor and Copilot to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in Healthcare SaaS.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
• Proficient in HIPAA, CMS regulations, and SOC 2/HITRUST concepts.

Responsibilities

• Medicare & Billing Workflows: implement CMS rules, CPT coding workflows.
• Platform & Interoperability: build scalable microservices, EHR integrations (Epic, athenahealth, etc.).
• Compliance & Security: ensure HIPAA alignment and regulatory compliance.
• AI Leadership: leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and modernize SDLC.
