Responsibilities

Design, build, and adapt content for waiting room and exam room screens to exact specs.
Use AI tools for intake summaries, client correspondence drafting, asset prep, and repetitive steps.
Edit, resize, and version video with correct export settings and audio levels.
Publish and schedule content through TelemetryTV with playlists and targeting.
Verify all work against device formats before delivery.
Own the content request pipeline end to end and coordinate with clients.
Work with developers in GitHub and use AI assistants to preview changes.
Maintain accurate request status in the team's project management tool.
