MJH Life Sciences—Mesmerize seeks a Multimedia Graphic Designer to support its healthcare digital screen network. The role blends static layouts, video editing, and AI-enhanced workflows with end-to-end content delivery and direct client-facing communication across location teams.

You will design content for waiting and exam rooms, ensuring device-specific specs and accurate exports, while collaborating with design and development teams to meet brand, technical, and timeline requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in graphic design or digital content production delivering assets to fixed specs.
• Active AI user with tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude in daily workflow.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field with demonstrable portfolio.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design content for waiting room and exam room screens to exact device specs.
• Use AI for intake summaries, client drafting, asset prep, and recurring tasks.
• Edit and resize video for network with proper export settings.
• Publish and schedule content through TelemetryTV with playlists and targeting.
• Own the end-to-end content request pipeline and client communication.
• Coordinate with design, production, and account teams on brand and timelines.
• Work with developers in GitHub on code-based screen content.
• Ensure content meets device formats before shipping.
• Maintain accurate request status in project management tool.
