MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer to support its digital screen network in healthcare waiting rooms and exam rooms. You will design, edit, and adapt content to exact device specs, collaborating with design, production, and account teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design or digital content production, is an active AI user, and holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design or an equivalent portfolio.

Qualifications

• Active AI user in production work using tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand system discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and adapt content for waiting room and exam room screens to exact device specs.
• Edit, resize, and version video with correct export settings and audio levels; deliver editable project files with final renders.
• Publish and schedule content through TelemetryTV with playlists, tagging, and location targeting.
• Own the content request pipeline end to end—from scope review to delivery and tracking of each request.
• Serve as the primary client contact for locations, handling emails, phone updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with developers in GitHub; review AI-generated content and ensure quality against source material.
• Maintain accurate status in the project management tool with strict adherence to filing, naming, and tagging conventions.
• Support cross-team content programming and coordinate with design, production, and account teams on brand and timeline requirements.

Mesmerize, a segment of MJH Life Sciences and the leader in patient education digital advertising, is seeking a Multimedia Graphic Designer to support its digital screen network across healthcare waiting rooms and exam rooms.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and adapt content for waiting room and exam room screens, working to exact device specifications, safe areas, and export requirements for every format
• Use AI tools daily for intake summarization, client correspondence drafting, asset preparation, and repetitive production steps — verifying all output before it ships and turning recurring tasks into documented workflows
• Edit, resize, and version video for the network with correct export settings and audio levels, delivering editable project files alongside final renders
• Publish and schedule content through TelemetryTV — managing playlists, tagging, and targeting so the right content reaches the right locations
• Verify all work against the actual device format before it ships
• Own the custom content request pipeline end to end — reviewing incoming requests, confirming scope, producing content, and tracking each request from submission through delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client locations, handling email and phone communication, requirement clarification, status updates, and issue resolution
• Adapt client and source material into patient-appropriate content — plain language, no web artifacts, no clinical renaming of patient-facing terms
• Work alongside developers in GitHub on code-based screen content, using AI coding assistants such as Claude to make and preview changes and move them through the team's review process
• Maintain accurate request status in the team's project management tool, following filing, naming, and tagging conventions exactly
• Support network-wide content programming beyond the individual request queue, and coordinate with design, production, and account teams on brand, technical, and timeline requirements

What Sets You Apart

• 3 or more years in graphic design, multimedia, or digital content production delivering finished assets to fixed technical specifications
• An active AI user in production work — you already use tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in your daily workflow, have opinions on where they help, and treat new tools as something to work out, not wait for
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand system discipline, with fluency across mediums — you know whether a request calls for a static layout or a video edit and can deliver both
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects; Canva; and working comfort with precise pixel dimensions, aspect ratios, and export specs
• Comfortable as the client-facing point person — you can turn a vague request into something better than what was asked, and you raise questions early when a specification is unclear
• Notices the detail that would have shipped wrong and does not let it through
• Familiarity with digital signage or content management systems including scheduling, playlists, and content targeting preferred
• Some technical comfort with Figma, basic HTML and CSS, GitHub, or version control workflows — or a demonstrated willingness to learn them quickly
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience with a demonstrable portfolio required

AI Capability Expectation

Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they are currently using AI in their design or production work. This includes: Specific tools in active use and how they are applied to intake summarization, asset preparation, client communications, content generation, or repetitive production steps. How you verify AI-assisted output against source material and specifications before anything ships — and where you apply your own judgment over what the tool produces. Examples of recurring production tasks you have turned into documented AI workflows, and what that changed about your output volume or consistency. Bonus: examples of AI-enhanced production processes or client-facing workflows that improved turnaround time, output quality, or request throughput on a content team.
