Job summary

MJH Life Sciences seeks a Multimedia Graphic Designer to support its digital screen network across healthcare waiting rooms and exam rooms. This design role combines static layouts, video editing, and content versioning to exact device specs, with end-to-end ownership of the content pipeline and client-facing communication with location teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in graphic design, multimedia, or digital content production delivering assets to fixed technical specs.
• Active AI user in production work using tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, hierarchy, color and brand system discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; precise pixel dimensions and export specs.
• Comfortable as client-facing point person, asking questions early when specs are unclear.
• Detail-oriented and able to catch issues before delivery.
• Familiarity with digital signage or content management systems (scheduling, playlists, targeting).
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS, GitHub, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and adapt content for waiting room and exam room screens to device specs.
• Use AI tools daily for intake summarization, client correspondence, asset preparation, and repetitive steps.
• Edit, resize, and version video with correct export settings and audio levels.
• Publish and schedule content through TelemetryTV with playlists and targeting.
• Verify all work against device formats before shipping.
• Own the content request pipeline end to end from submission to delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact for locations via email and phone.
• Adapt client materials into patient-friendly content with plain language.
• Collaborate with developers in GitHub; use AI assistants to preview and review changes.
• Maintain accurate request status in project management tools with proper naming conventions.
• Support network-wide content programming and coordinate with design, production, and account teams.
