Job summary

CVS Health is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change product team to lead AI-driven claims processing platforms. We seek a Product Manager to drive discovery and delivery, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to define model logic and product rules that guide AI recommendations.

You will own the squad backlog, conduct user research, and align with operations to improve efficiency and decision quality across multiple stakeholders. 40 hours/week, full-time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management with ownership from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into buildable requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizations.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years strong verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading user research with claims processors and operations teams to understand workflows and AI opportunities.
• Owning squad backlog and sprint delivery: writing requirements and prioritizing.
• Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic and validation criteria.
• Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
• Defining and tracking success metrics tied to efficiency, quality, and adoption.
• Representing product decisions clearly to senior leadership and partners.
