Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for an AI-powered claims processing platform. You will own the squad from discovery through launch, coordinating with data scientists and engineering to define requirements and success metrics.

In this role, you will drive stakeholder alignment, manage the backlog, guide agile rituals, and communicate decisions to senior leadership. This position reports to the Analytics & Behavior Change team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience from discovery through delivery.
• 2+ years partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to ship AI/ML products.
• 2+ years conducting user research translating workflows into product requirements.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments: backlog ownership, sprint planning, scope management.
• 2+ years of strong verbal and written communication supporting product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Product Manager for a focused delivery squad from discovery to launch.
• Own backlog and sprint delivery: write requirements, set priorities, tradeoffs.
• Partner with Data Scientists to define model logic and validation criteria.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics tied to efficiency, quality and adoption.
• Represent product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operations partners.
