Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
8+ years leading tech transformation programs; 5+ years in multi-workstream delivery with $10M+/yr revenue.
3+ years in the Telco industry.
Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery, scope/risk/financial controls.
Experience adopting AI‑DLC governance and AI-augmented delivery models.

Responsibilities

Build executive relationships (VP+) and advise on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
Manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability in fast-changing environments.
Coordinate across business lines, IT, and partners to align priorities and timelines.
Define measurable customer outcomes and translate delivery progress into ROI narratives.
Own program financials: forecasting, revenue recognition, change control, and scope.
Establish governance for AI‑enabled delivery including guardrails and compliance.
Champion adoption of AI‑DLC methodologies across programs for scale.
