Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Principal Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of large Healthcare and Life Sciences transformations. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes while maintaining program quality and velocity.

You will shape program direction, manage risks and interdependencies, and drive executive-ready narratives to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in technology transformation program management.
3+ years experience in the Telco industry.
Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models.
Experience adopting and championing emerging delivery methodologies and tooling.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture trusted executive relationships with VP+ levels, delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes.
Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams to align priorities, timelines, and success definitions.
Define and track measurable customer business outcomes and translate progress into executive-ready value narratives.
Own the program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management for fixed-price, milestone-based delivery.
