Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology transformation program management.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs ($10M+/year) end-to-end.
• 3+ years experience in the Telco industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models where scope, risk, and financials matter.
• Experience adopting and championing emerging delivery methodologies and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture executive relationships (VP+), advising on direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams with aligned priorities.
• Define and track measurable business outcomes as the north star for success.
• Own program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and change control.
• Influence teams with clear operating models and responsible AI guardrails.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across delivery programs and governance.
• Establish governance for agentic AI, ensuring auditable and compliant workflows.
