Job summary

Rebuildmanufacturing is seeking a hands-on product leader with hardware experience to own execution, discovery, and delivery for an AI-native platform. You will work directly with hardware engineers, program teams, and early-adopter customers to ship complex tooling that connects across EVT/DVT/PVT stages.

You should have demonstrated 0-to-1 product experience, a bias to action, and outstanding written communication. This role offers remote-first flexibility with preferred U.S.

Qualifications

• Direct experience running hardware program execution and management.
• 0-to-1 experience taking a blank page to shipped product, hardware or software.
• High output with bias to action and a track record of shipping.
• Excellent written communication: clear, concise, structured writing.
• Deadline discipline: set commitments, monitor, flag slippage early.
• Deep credibility with hardware engineers and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product execution end to end with hardware engineers, write specs and PRDs, collaborate daily with engineering to ship.
• Run discovery across early adopter program, mapping real workflows to product.
• Be the domain voice when talking with EE, mechanical leads, or program managers.
