Job summary

Endear is hiring a VP of Product to own the product organization during a pivotal growth phase. You will translate company goals into clear product priorities, lead execution with Design and Engineering, and build an AI-native product strategy that accelerates shipping.

This hands-on, player-coach role requires shipping in lean environments, developing the team, and creating scalable processes to move quickly and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product at a lean B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to turn company goals into clear product priorities and success metrics.
• Strong collaboration with Design and Engineering, with hands-on execution.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers and building scalable processes.
• Using AI tools in day-to-day product work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product ownership and translate priorities into a roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Align exec, product, design, and engineering around a cohesive vision and plan.
• Assess team structure and resources to speed up delivery and accountability.
• Establish product rituals and decision-making systems to reduce friction and accelerate shipping.
• Hire and develop product talent to scale the organization.
