Re:Build Manufacturing is building the first AI-native platform for hardware development, designed to coordinate across teams and maintain a structured view of every program. This is a rare chance for a product leader who has run hardware programs to shape a tool the industry has long needed.

You will report to the general manager, own execution and discovery, and ensure the product ships on time using AI to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• Direct experience running hardware programs (NPI, hardware lead, or PM embedded)
• Proven track record shipping products from blank page to real world
• Excellent written communication and structured problem framing
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate work
• Familiarity with hardware development lifecycle and cross-team collaboration
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution from hardware input to specs and daily engineering collaboration
• Lead discovery across an early adopter program spanning multiple companies
• Serve as the domain voice with EE, mechanical, and program leads to earn trust
• Drive roadmap with realistic timelines and transparent updates
• Write clear specs, updates, and customer-facing material
• Prototype and demo early to users and iterate based on feedback
