Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management in fast-moving environments
• Experience leading teams at early-stage startups
• Strong technical leader with a high bar for quality
• Home in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments

Responsibilities

• Lead a core product team: coach, grow, and guide engineers while tracking technical work
• Own delivery: scope and ship customer-centered, fast, reliable initiatives
• Level up systems: improve processes from planning to observability, CI/CD
• Lead by example: participate in code reviews, design discussions, incident response
• Build the team: recruit, hire, and onboard engineering talent as the org grows 3x+
• Shape culture: promote ownership, speed, and empathy across the team
