Job summary

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one of our core product pods, delivering high‑quality software and shaping the foundations for scalable systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and help scale the org 3x+ in the next year, while fostering a culture of ownership and urgency. This is a high-impact role at a fast‑paced company building cutting‑edge AI software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading early-stage startup teams.
• Strong technical leadership with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a core product team of engineers.
• Own delivery by scoping and shipping customer-centered initiatives.
• Improve engineering processes from planning to CI/CD for rapid iteration.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and incident response.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent as we grow 3x+ in 12 months.
• Shape team culture with ownership, speed, and empathy.
