Job summary

Zendesk is evolving toward an AI-first GTM operating model. We seek a hands-on operator to build, manage, and scale GTM data and automation infrastructure for frontline execution.

You will ensure reliable, scalable data workflows and rapid iteration on AI-enabled workflows and signal-driven GTM motions. Ideal candidates combine strong operational execution with systems thinking, collaborating across data, automation, and GTM systems to improve execution quality, efficiency, and data trust daily.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with GTM contact and account data workflows, including enrichment and governance.
• Experience building scalable automation workflows and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tooling.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and signal-driven GTM models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle: acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, governance.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and action-readiness for frontline sales execution.
• Define global data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as data scales.
• Design, build, and optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases with safe system stability.
• Translate GTM initiatives into production-ready automations and data flows.
• Maintain documentation, monitoring, and execution standards for global scaling.
• Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health and automation impact.
