Job summary

Zendesk is building an AI-first GTM operating model and seeks a hands-on operator to manage GTM data and automation infrastructure. You will ensure reliable, scalable, production-ready data workflows enabling rapid iteration on automation, AI-enabled workflows, and signal-driven GTM motions.

The role blends data, automation, and GTM systems to improve execution quality, efficiency, and data trust for frontline teams. Strong systems thinking and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with GTM contact and account data: acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, governance, hygiene.
• Experience building scalable automation workflows and GTM data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, workflows, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tooling (Clay, Openprise, ZoomInfo, Make, Zapier, Workato).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and signal-driven GTM operating models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in dashboards, SQL, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle: acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, governance.
• Ensure contact data is accurate, compliant, and action-ready for frontline sales and GTM motions.
• Define and enforce global data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as scale increases.
• Design, build, and optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows for sales plays.
• Prototype, test, and scale AI-forward GTM use cases with focus on stability.
• Translate GTM initiatives into production-ready automations and data flows.
• Maintain documentation, monitoring, and execution standards for global scaling.
• Lead measurement and reporting for GTM data health and automation impact, identify risks and opportunities.
