BeReal, backed by Voodoo, is expanding its Growth team in the United States to scale mobile video advertising globally. You will create mobile video ads, benchmark competitors, and adapt BeReal concepts to new markets using platform-native formats and performance-driven creative techniques.

You will become a creative expert, experiment with AI tools, read performance metrics, and collaborate with a diverse squad to drive marketing impact across audiences.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation.
• Expert in After Effects; 3D software is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway).
• Creative with a hacker mindset; understands marketing impact.
• Fluent in English; 2+ years in a similar role; mobile app market familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices.
• Benchmark competitors, identify what makes content perform, and experiment with new creative concepts.
• Adapt BeReal concepts and develop new ones to support growth across audiences and markets.
• Be AI savvy from creative production to productivity and workflows.
• Understand performance signals (hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, retention) to iterate quickly.
• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives and production workflows.
• Collaborate with a small creative squad and the global team.
