Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking an Ad Creative Video Specialist to join a fast-paced performance marketing agency delivering conversion-focused video ads for e-commerce and DTC brands across TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You’ll turn raw footage into multiple high-performing variations, apply hook structures and retention pacing, and run with light briefs to meet tight launch deadlines while leveraging AI tools to accelerate output.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of professional video editing for performance ads.
Fluency in direct-response editing and short-form formats.
Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

Edit UGC-style video ads for TikTok, Meta, Reels, YouTube Shorts with direct response focus.
Brainstorm creative approaches from light briefs to build multiple ad variations for rapid testing.
Manage editing queue and meet strict weekly launch deadlines while maintaining high-volume output.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate production timelines and expand ad variation output.
Interpret performance data to inform future edits and drive creative iteration.
Perform pre-submission QA and flag capacity or tech issues in real time.
