Job summary

Voodoo is hiring for a role in its Growth team to create mobile video ads and develop creative strategies for hyper casual and casual games. You will benchmark competitors, experiment with new ideas, and analyze ad performance to optimize impact.

You will collaborate with a diverse squad and explore transversal projects including new tools. The position emphasizes strong video editing, expertise in After Effects, and hands-on use of AI creative tools to drive marketing results.

Qualifications

Fully proficient with video editing and content creation.
Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity.
Creative and hacker mindset; understand how creations drive marketing performance.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual.

Responsibilities

Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people.
Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark competitors and experiment with new ideas.
Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why.
