Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing or related role.
• Hands-on paid media experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
• Fluency with data tools like Domo and Marketo; able to link campaign performance to outcomes.
• Experience with AI tools for copy testing, audience research, and optimization.
• Strong written communication and ability to present results to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Audience Acquisition & Demand Generation: Drive first‑party data growth — email subscribers, newsletter sign‑ups, registered users, and qualified leads — with KPIs tied to each campaign and business line.
• Audience Acquisition & Demand Generation: Generate pipeline for professional product sales and advertising partnerships, building awareness among monetizable audiences.
• Audience Acquisition & Demand Generation: Support go‑to‑market strategies moving prospects from awareness to conversion.
• Audience Acquisition & Demand Generation: Analyze attribution and funnel data to identify drop‑offs and optimize at every stage.
• Market & Product Growth: Execute go‑to‑market campaigns in key geographic growth markets including California and other North American markets.
• Market & Product Growth: Drive awareness and demand for newer professional products in growth and established markets.
• Market & Product Growth: Partner with senior team to develop market‑ and product‑specific messaging and channel mix.
• Paid Media Planning & Buying: Plan, buy, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360/The Trade Desk, and emerging channels.
• Paid Media Planning & Buying: Manage budgets focusing on CPL, ROAS, etc., across multiple business lines.
