Job summary

AVIAN is building a new category in industrial fire prevention. We are seeking a Marketing Lead to build an AI-forward marketing engine that scales ARR to $10M+. You will own the growth engine, from brand authority to demand generation, content, website optimization, and outbound support.

You will report to the CEO, own end-to-end pipeline, and work with an international team in a lean setup. Apply your AI workflows and deep-tech marketing experience to create measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Must have led marketing at a B2B startup or scale-up, ideally in deep-tech or industrial SaaS.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and demonstrate ROI from AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience shipping programmatic content, outbound assets, and lifecycle automation.
• Ability to demo AI workflows shipped (outbound research, enrichment pipelines, GPT tools).
• Strong content skills across positioning, landing pages, LinkedIn, email, and sales enablement.
• Fluent English, high ownership, bias for action, and clear ROI thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-forward marketing operating model from scratch.
• Own LinkedIn, founder-brand content, and thought leadership for industrial fire prevention.
• Create programmatic content at scale using AI workflows across assets and pages.
• Design lifecycle automation, scoring, segmentation, and sales handoff.
• Improve website conversion, landing pages, SEO, and AI-search visibility.
• Turn trade fairs into pipeline with pre-event targeting and on-site support.
• Run lean growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales to convert marketing activity into qualified pipeline.
