Clario is a consumer-focused company building AI-powered growth initiatives. We’re seeking an AI-Driven Growth Manager to spearhead R&D, discover promising niches, and build subscription-based products from scratch. This zero-to-one challenge requires autonomy and hands-on leadership.

You’ll own end-to-end product and marketing development for US and Europe markets, orchestrating the customer lifecycle, driving P&L, and leveraging AI tools and Meta Ads to optimize performance and scale growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, growth or performance marketing for B2C.
• Experience thriving in an AI-driven environment with a multi-agent approach.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing techniques and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on growth strategy for B2C products focusing on US and Europe.
• Experience owning P&L.
• Deep analytical skills to interpret data and derive actions.
• Proven record designing and executing experiments, A/B tests and quantitative research.
• Business-first mindset with decisions driven by measurable impact.
• Strong problem-solving and fast, data-based decisions.
• Comfortable with fast-changing environments and end-to-end ownership.
• AI-oriented curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools to scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end creation of a new subscription-based solution—from R&D to scaling.
• Orchestrate the full customer lifecycle through the AARRR framework to connect performance marketing with core product value.
• Be responsible for P&L performance and key growth metrics for the new products.
• Collaborate with META and creative production to support and scale user acquisition using automation and AI tools.
• Build and optimize the web funnel and monetization by generating hypotheses and running tests.
• Analyze product and marketing performance and identify scalable growth loops.
