You will drive technical strategy, champion AI-native practices with Claude Code, and deliver scalable, reliable software for user acquisition, activation, or retention.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of formal engineering management leadership.
• Strong full-stack background with React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Experience applying AI tools to software delivery and SDLC.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS products with strong metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical strategy for the Growth team and contribute hands-on coding and reviews.
• Embed AI-native practices using Claude Code to accelerate experiments and velocity.
• Define technical roadmaps aligned with acquisition and retention goals.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team while balancing human and AI-enabled development.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and quality across features and experiments.
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teams; foster in-person collaboration in Palo Alto.
