You will own AI and automation use cases across the demand gen stack, build AI workflows, and prototype applications to give Harvey a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market. This is a high-leverage, 0→1 role in a category-defining company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth engineering or similar in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and large language models in a daily workflow.
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI-powered tools to generate content, automate workflows, or improve marketing performance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRMs (Salesforce).
• Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and shipping 0→1 projects.
• Strong analytical skills for designing experiments and attributing outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaboration across data science, marketing ops, performance marketing, and product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the identification, scoping, and implementation of AI and automation use cases to improve demand gen velocity and pipeline conversion.
• Build and maintain AI workflows from automated content creation to audience targeting and personalization at scale.
• Design and deploy automation workflows (e.g., Claude, Clay, n8n) that integrate with Marketo, Salesforce, CMS, and digital platforms.
• Build and run experimentation infrastructure: A/B tests, landing pages, and conversion-flow changes on harvey.ai and campaign surfaces.
• Manage cost and efficiency of automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content, and Performance Marketing to translate strategic needs into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate AI capabilities and prototype applications for Harvey’s marketing edge.
