You will partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage AI opportunities, own automation behind the scenes, and ship experiments live on harvey.ai.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth/marketing engineering within a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on AI experience; daily use of Claude/Cursor or equivalents.
• Experience with LLM APIs to generate content or automate workflows.
• Familiar with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce and analytics/experimentation tools.
• Builder mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and shipping 0→1 projects.
• Strong analytical skills to design experiments and translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and implement AI and automation use cases to boost demand gen velocity.
• Build and maintain AI workflows from content creation to audience targeting.
• Design automation workflows integrating Marketo, Salesforce, CMS, and platforms.
• Run experimentation infrastructure: A/B tests, landing pages, conversion changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Content, and Performance Marketing.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and prototype applications for competitive edge.
