Job summary

Paradox seeks a hands-on Growth CRO to ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch experiments directly. You’ll ship landing pages, automations, and AI-assisted assets daily, leveraging Claude Code to accelerate outputs and reduce manual work. Expect a fast-paced startup environment with data-driven decision making.

You’ll work remotely or from our Dubai offices, collaborating with designers, coaches, and engineers to build a scalable growth engine. 2–3 years in growth is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in growth, CRO, growth experimentation, or performance marketing.
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B testing) – design, launch, and analyze tests: headlines, pricing, offers.
• AI leverage – use Claude Code and lightweight automation to build prompt pipelines and assets.
• Build funnels & assets – map funnels, build landing pages in Webflow, set up automations and tracking.
• Hunt friction – identify drop-off points, audit pages, ship fixes and tests fast.
• Read the data – work with GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity; derive insights and take action.
• Contribute to channels & growth loops – test new acquisition angles and optimize retention loops.
