Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to produce flagship, globally relevant brand content and ensure it reaches the audiences that matter. You’ll set the quality bar for content across TRM and build AI-driven workflows that empower regional marketers to produce strong work.

You’ll collaborate with experts across Insights, Policy, leadership and other SMEs, owning voice, templates and distribution, while mentoring teams to publish first-class content quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content marketing with flagship, point‑of‑view work.
• Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech or public-sector work is a strong plus.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to set standards others adopt.
• AI‑native approach: use AI across research, drafting, repurposing and optimization.
• Distribution mindset: plan how content will reach audiences before publishing.
• Excellent writer who distillsNuanced, technical topics for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create flagship content with TRM's Insights, Policy, leadership and SME teams.
• Own distribution for everything you produce and manage TRM's owned channels.
• Own TRM's voice and tone; build style guides and AI workflows.
• Own TRM's blog/Resources hub and SEO/GEO content strategy.
