Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, PM, HR, Employment Law, CS, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 2+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) and communicating with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for analytics and process initiatives across global workforce staffing.
• Own program strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for dashboards, reporting, and KPIs.
• Lead process engineering to standardize metrics and scalable frameworks.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights for workforce planning and attrition signals.
• Leverage AI to accelerate insight generation and automate workflows.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across geographies and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready white papers and presentations on program outcomes.
