Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to own and evolve talent programs, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, learning, and leadership development. This strategic, cross-functional role partners with stakeholders across the organization to design, launch, measure, and continuously improve scalable programs that support both employee and business success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management in HR, talent management, or L&D.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear plans and programs.
• Experience with AI adoption and responsible use across teams.
• Strong facilitation and adult-education skills.
• Data-informed approach with metrics to show impact.
• Collaborative influencer able to drive change without direct authority.
• Startup-minded with adaptability to ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end, including content, communications, and success metrics.
• Lead annual performance review cycles: timeline, calibrations, and trainings.
• Build and deliver learning and leadership development programs.
• Drive AI adoption across non-technical teams via change management and enablement.
• Oversee engagement programs and measurement with goals and feedback loops.
