Job description

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don\'t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Job Summary

Snowflake is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Program Manager to focus on the day-to-day execution and operational support of our global talent programs. This role is essential to the smooth running of our Performance Excellence cycle, ensuring that every phase of the process is coordinated effectively and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Drive Performance Excellence: Lead the day-to-day execution of the Performance Excellence cycle — tracking progress against key milestones, sending timely communications and reminders to employees, managers, and global People Team partners at each phase, and ensuring every deadline is met. Own Workday cycle logistics, including testing new launches, validating system configurations, and resolving user issues before each phase goes live. Equip employees and managers with clear, accessible resources — how-to guides, FAQs, and instructional materials — throughout the process. Advance ongoing program evolution by gathering cycle feedback, tracking enhancement requests, and coordinating technology and process improvements across platforms.

Coordinate Employee Listening & Pulse Surveys: Manage end-to-end coordination of Employee Voice Survey and pulse survey cycles — from distribution lists and completion tracking to targeted reminders and timely delivery of results to People Business Partners and stakeholders. Equip users with the guidance needed to navigate and act on their results. Partner with the analytics team on data quality checks, anonymity thresholds, and dashboard updates. Maintain survey calendars, align listening program cadences, and track action item follow-through across cycles.

Voice AI 360 Platform Administration: Serve as the functional system administrator. Manage the admin dashboard, whitelisting coordination, participant/provider invitation tracking, and real-time completion monitoring.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as the primary operational liaison with Procurement and Finance to manage Statement of Work (SOW) legal reviews, purchase orders, budget allocations, and vendor invoicing for platform scaling.

Support Talent & Succession Logistics: Assist in the rollout of talent reviews and succession planning by organizing meeting materials, managing participant lists, and ensuring all data templates are updated and ready for use.

Maintain Program Documentation: Keep our talent \"playbooks\" and internal resource pages up to date. Ensure that instructional guides and FAQs are accurate and reflect the current process for each cycle — including documentation for the 360 user experience.

System Task Management: Act as a functional user of our talent systems, helping to test new cycle launches and enhancements, and troubleshooting basic user issues.

Communication Support: Draft and distribute routine program updates and announcements. Help create simple, visually clear \"how-to\" materials (using Google Slides or Canva) to assist employees in navigating our talent tools.

Reporting & Tracking: Pull regular reports to track participation across all talent programs, identifying any gaps in completion, monitoring anonymized Team Insights dashboards, and escalating issues to the team as needed.

Operational Improvement: Provide feedback on the \"user experience\" of our cycles, suggesting small, practical tweaks to the coordination process to make it more efficient for the next time.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

AI Native: You naturally incorporate AI tools into your daily workflow and are curious about how emerging technology can make programs smarter and more efficient.

Proactive Learner: A desire to understand the \"why\" behind the talent cycles while remaining focused on the \"how\" of the execution.

Execution-Minded: You enjoy working with checklists and project plans; you are motivated by seeing a project through to 100% completion.

Detail Obsessed: You have a high bar for accuracy, especially when it relates to employee data, program timelines, and data anonymity boundaries.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), navigating HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a major plus), and a quick adaptability to emerging HR tech platforms (such as Voice AI/conversational feedback tools).

Clear Communicator: Ability to write clear, concise instructions and communicate effectively with global employees, HR partners, and external vendor teams.

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines simultaneously without losing focus.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience interfacing with cross-functional corporate departments such as Procurement, Legal, and Finance for vendor onboarding, contract execution, and budget tracking.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting survey platforms (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, AI Powered/Custom Apps).
  • Experience administering AI-driven talent development or conversational feedback platforms.
  • Experience in a high-growth or global corporate environment.
  • Ability to use Canva or similar tools for basic layout/design of instructional materials.
  • Workday HCM certification or equivalent platform training.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management credential.
